Selling our platform to 150+ large, midsize and emerging brands has driven our tremendous growth to date, and are seeking Client Success Specialist to reach our revenue goals. This is a role with tremendous growth opportunities and the potential to work with a large portfolio of brands.
The Client Success Manager will report into the Vice President of Product with dotted lines to the Sr Director of Account Management and Production Development. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for training and on boarding clients to the Suuchi GRID, conducting frequent client check-ins and providing feedback to the product management and account management teams. The Client Success Manager will develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients.
